Squla - part of Futurewhiz, the largest and most fun online learning platform for primary school children, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Brand Marketeer.
Futurewhiz has been the edtech market leader in the Netherlands for almost 15 years. Our brands (including Squla and StudyGo) are constantly growing and developing to help every child between the ages of 3 and 18 learn. We try to optimize and expand our platforms so that children can grow at their own level and pace. We hope to increase their development, knowledge and self-confidence.
This is what your job looks like
As a Brand marketer, you are responsible for developing, implementing and executing effective campaigns that are in line with the brand strategy, roadmap and budget. You play a crucial role in strengthening the brand identity and ensuring consistent brand communication. By working closely with internal experts, external parties and freelancers and using AI tools, you ensure impactful and innovative marketing expressions.
Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing and executing brand campaigns
Creating briefings (e.g. copy, design, etc.)
Style and brand monitoring
Content creation
Brand research and positioning
Analyzing and monitoring brand performance
Financial insight and budget management
Media buying (ATL & BTL) and partnerships
With your strategic vision and hands-on mentality, you contribute to the growth of our brand, combining both the creative and business side of marketing for optimal results. We are facing an exciting period in which we will strengthen our brand strategy and positioning.
Who are we looking for?
Experience in brand marketing: you have demonstrable experience in developing brand strategies and campaigns. You are skilled in developing and maintaining a brand identity and ensuring brand consistency.
Strong strategic and hands-on mindset: you know how to find the balance between strategy and execution. You think along at a strategic level, but also execute yourself. Executive activities include writing copy, creating WordPress pages, developing surveys, etc.
Creative and communicative: strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders. You have a smooth pen and can develop creative concepts that fit the Squla target group. You can switch between different teams and external partners. You are comfortable using AI for content creation.
Project Management and Organization: You plan and coordinate tasks and projects independently, using strong organizational skills. You manage resources and time efficiently and effortlessly adjust priorities to changing circumstances.
Affinity with children and education: you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the children's education market.
We also consider the following points to be important:
You have a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) work and thinking level;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
Perfect writing and speaking skills in the Dutch language
You have a commercial mindset and make decisions based on figures and results;
You are a team player, you can explain well what you do and why and you enjoy working with other departments;
Experience in managing agencies and using AI tools is an advantage.
