We are looking for a WO (academic education) or HBO (higher professional education) intern student to support the Finance team of Futurewhiz with their day to day activities, with a particular focus on Financial Controlling.

What will you do during this internship?

During this internship, you will be a part of the Finance team, and you will support the team with various tasks:

• Preparing journal entries 

• Analysing actuals, budgets and variances 

• Preparing presentations

• Assisting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks

Who are you?

You are a detail-oriented person, looking for a chance to develop your skills within Financial Controlling, and have a keen interest in all financial aspects of a business.

• You are a WO (academic education) or HBO (higher professional education) level student in the field of Accounting, Finance & Control or a related financial field

• You are a good communicator both verbally and in writing

• You have strong English writing and speaking skills, Dutch is a pre

• You have a proactive, enthusiastic and open attitude, and are eager to learn new things

• You are flexible, precise and solution oriented

• Futurewhiz’ office is near the Amstelstation in Amsterdam, so it would be convenient if you live close by

• You are available for at least 3 days a week, for at least 6 months. Start date to be agreed upon.
