Shape the future of EdTech at Futurewhiz! Drive strategy, scale systems, lead AI innovation, and grow high-performing, inclusive engineering teams with strong people-first leadership.
Job description
At Futurewhiz, we exist to empower every child to grow. Through our learning platforms, Squla, StudyGo, and Scoyo, we support children from early learning through secondary education. Helping them to learn and build confidence through personalised, digital learning experiences.
We're looking for a mission-driven, strategic, and people-skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who combines deep technical expertise with the natural ability to coach and empower teams.
Our goal? To lead the transformation of learning by combining ethical, trusted AI with the creativity and expertise of our teams and deliver real, measurable impact to children and families across Europe.
Futurewhiz has been a market leader in EdTech in the Netherlands for 15 years. We create digital learning products that challenge, motivate, and nurture children aged 3 to 18. Our brands, including Squla Junior, Squla, and StudyGo, help children and young adults aged 3 to 18 learn at their own pace. As a certified B Corp since 2020, we balance purpose with profit.
Squla offers educational play and interactive quizzes for children from preschool to grade 8, boosting confidence and independence while aligning closely with the Dutch curriculum.
StudyGo supports secondary school students preparing for tests, offering exercises, (AI)tutoring, and online lessons.
With over 650,000 users annually, StudyGo is a trusted resource in secondary education.
