 At FutureWhiz we are constantly on the lookout for talent to build Squla and WRTS. But in order to get the talent we need, we are looking for an absolute Rockstar Recruiter who knows just where to find the right people. Our business

Squla is an online educational learning platform that helps kids in primary school to learn in a fun and attractive way. Squla features thousands of interactive games, quizzes and activities linked to both the school curriculum and actualities. At Squla we are working everyday to make learning more fun and attractive for many children.

WRTS is an online platform to learn words and terms. With WRTS kids in secondary education can study words in different ways and test their knowledge with e.g. spelling or dictation. With over 300.000 users, WRTS has been the go to platform to learn words for students and teachers for over 15 years.

Your role

  • Manage the recruitment process, end to end
  • Recruit across different departments; development, marketing, design, educational content etc.
  • Source yourself where needed
  • Monitor and build our employer branding, including social channels and web site
  • Arrange and be part of Recruitment events
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers
  • Implement new initiatives for both the recruitment - and the social media
  • Be part of the People team
  • Create a positive candidate experience


Job requirements


  • You have relevant experience in tech recruitment
  • You have excellent Dutch and English skills, both verbal and written
  • You have 1+ years experience in Recruitment (as an agency or inhouse Recruiter)
  • You build relationships easily with both internal and external parties
  • You gained experience around employer branding and talent pooling
  • You have excellent communication skills, are highly motivated and have a creative, energetic personality
