Job description

Do you have an analytical mindset that allows you to keep oversight of the type of content Scoyo requires? You are able to analyse the product content our users are or are not engaging with, and turn that data into insights. You help the team decide when and which of the various types of content will be needed in order to fully optimise our platform and the users experience.

What will you do as a Product Specialist?

Scoyo has ambitious growth plans, and your role will include analysing patterns in our user behaviour towards our content, to ensure kids find new, exciting content every day and keep coming back to learn and play.

  • Analysing, and coming up with actionable insights based on our current content and developing strategies and roadmaps to constantly improve it.

  • Coming up with great ideas for fresh content.

  • Working with multi-functional teams, ensuring alignment around content.

  • Keeping track of customer engagement metrics, and using analytics to evaluate the success of various types of content.

  • Liaising with the wider team including colleagues in our Amsterdam HQ.

  • Briefing freelancers (who contribute to specific content types) to ensure that they are coordinated in their work, and able to enrich our platform.

  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic

Job requirements

Who are you?

You are super creative, and have an ability to generate innovative ideas, in order to make our content more engaging for our users. You get energy and enjoyment from working in a dynamic, flexible environment.

You are super interesting to us if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven content marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and social media marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native proficiency).

  • Experience creating content for diverse channels and target audiences.

  • Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.

  • Affinity with education technology and designing for children.
