What are you going to do?

Basically: ensuring our office space is a great place to work! 

At the end of last year we moved to our awesome new office in the Amstel Building, and now after working from home for a while, we are glad to be back at our office. With your creativity and excitement you are the person we need for this job. You will have full ownership to spark happiness into our daily lives at the office, you will complement our team by acting as a streamlined machine and turning our office into a fun playground. This comes down to the following activities: 


  • Be the contact person for all office related activities for our employees;

  • Ensure the office is equipped with everything that is needed to make our daily working lives are set up for success;

  • Facilitate the onboarding process in close collaboration with our HR Department

  • Welcome our guests and answer incoming calls;

  • Organize fun office activities, creating an office buzz;

  • Own and where needed adapt the office interior setup enabling an optimal working environment;

  • Manage the process around employment contracts, framework agreements and archiving;

  • Be the contact person on behalf of Futurewhiz with our vendors, like for instance: landlord, reception, cleaning company, caterer etc.;

  • Bake a cake every week (bonus points!).


In this role you will be reporting to our Head of People, and you will be part of the HR team.

Who are you?

You are the one who gets everything done, you are proactive, solution-oriented, accurate, service-oriented, cheerful and a "multi tasker".

You are not afraid of a challenge and you consider yourself a self-starter.


You are also:

  • Digitally savvy with Apple Mac’s and G-Suite;

  • Structured & organized,

  • Eager to turn chaos into calmness

  • Fluent in English (and preferably also Dutch), both verbally and in writing.

  • You have 1-3 years working experience in a similar role.

  • Of course you are friendly, discreet, reliable and an excellent communicator!
