Our brands – including Squla and StudyGo – help children and teenagers aged 3 to 18 learn and grow at their own level and pace. Our mission is clear: "Empowering every child to grow." We’ve been a certified B Corp since 2020, which means we strive for a strong balance between purpose and profit.
Your role as Efficacy Data Scientist
As an Efficacy Data Scientist for Futurewhiz (StudyGo / Squla), you’ll be responsible for ensuring the validity and educational quality of large-scale learning content produced via both human-in-the-loop and fully automated processes. Your main goal will be to develop and monitor robust systems for evaluating educational content, establishing clear benchmarks, and ensuring that all materials meet high standards of accuracy and effectiveness. While your primary focus will be on content quality, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute more broadly to our data-driven learning strategy and AI evaluation initiatives when possible. You’ll work in a team of content producers and educational designers, collaborating more broadly with AI developers, product managers, and data engineers.
Specifically, you will:
Develop processes and benchmarks to assess the educational validity of content produced at scale
Monitor and evaluate both human-created and AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness
Build and maintain tools to support automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation workflows
Collaborate with content producers to align on educational standards and continuously improve content quality
Translate evaluation findings into actionable insights for content creators and stakeholders
Ensure data integrity, reproducibility, and ethical practice in all evaluation activities
Contribute to broader efficacy and impact measurement initiatives as needed
