Why we need you!

In this role you will be managing the customer loyalty program, implementing new benefits and solutions across functions (from acquisition to customer retention). 

Within a country team of 5 you will build an ongoing dialogue with our customers, increasing our customer loyalty and maximising our sales. You create or coordinate the content of our customer communication as well as our customer Newsletter, making sure it is all integrated in our marketing campaigns. In addition you will work closely with the local team and the colleagues from the HQ in the Netherlands. The role is based in Berlin, and you will report to the Country Manager Germany.

Furthermore, your responsibilities would include:

  • You develop and implement personalised communication formats with a focus on user engagement and lead conversion

  • Be responsible for the operational implementation of email marketing campaigns and work closely with Growth Marketing and Campaign Management

  • Determine technical and cross-team requirements and define operational processes

  • Develop and execute cross-channel, end-to-end CRM strategies to increase customer conversion and retention. 

  • Continually engage and retain our customers throughout their lifecycle.

  • Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximise customer retention and growth.

  • Track relevant KPIs daily to make recommendations for action, optimise the strategies based on performance and further expand the reporting landscape

  • Safe handling of data, including setting up reports, defining customer databases, controlling data streams and analysing data

  • Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams and undertake your own surveys  to understand consumer behaviour and identify consumer insights that can be leveraged for marketing activities.

  • Work with our Product, Content, and Creative teams to design and launch complex automated campaigns.

Job requirements

What we expect from you

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in CRM, customer marketing, customer communications, or the customer engagement space

  • You have experience in developing customer-centric activation, engagement, retention and loyalty strategies

  • Strong planning skills and a good sense of priorities

  • Not afraid to test new innovative campaigns and concepts yourself

  • Strong analytical capabilities

  • Hands-on mentality, high personal responsibility and initiative as well as good stakeholder management

  • You’re a clear communicator with an excellent command of written and spoken German and English.
