You are able to analyse the product content our users are or are not engaging with, and turn that data into insights. You help the team decide when and which of the various types of content will be needed in order to fully optimise our platform and the users experience.
At Futurewhiz have a mission to empower children to grow through personalised education with our EdTech platforms: Squla, WRTS and scoyo.
Scoyo, part of Futurewhiz and a B corp, is a popular educational brand among (primary) children, parents and teachers. We are playing in the fast growing EdTech field with tons of opportunities to disrupt and grow. Our mission? Help children in pre- and elementary school (grade 1-7) move forward in a playful way! We do this by staying close to the perception of children, and making use of gaming elements, attractive UX designs and current, varying educational content. Scoyo has ambitious growth goals and is therefore looking for a Content Coordinator to join the team you will be, overseeing and analysing patterns in our users behaviour towards our content, to ensure kids find new, exciting content every day and keep coming back to learn and play.
Activities / daily tasks:
Analysing, and coming up with actionable insights based on our current content and developing strategies and roadmaps to constantly improve it.
Coming up with great ideas for fresh content.
Working with multi-functional teams, ensuring alignment around content.
Keeping track of customer engagement metrics, and using analytics to evaluate the success of various types of content.
Liaising with the wider team including colleagues in our Amsterdam HQ.
Briefing freelancers (who contribute to specific content types) to ensure that they are coordinated in their work, and able to enrich our platform.
What we're looking for:
Min 3 years of experience in a similar, analytical and creative content position.
High level (ideally native) German language speaking skills.
Experience in a data driven environment, using analytics to drive content decisions.
Previous Experience in an EdTech company will be a bonus, but not a must.
