Since you are here, you already know that we want another awesome developer to join our Squla team.

Let’s get to the point - in short, we are building an online platform for educational games for children!

Why we need you:

• We want you to help us further develop our API’s

• We want you to use your database knowledge to make our applications perform better

• We need some fresh ideas on how to automate things even more

• We want you to build cool new features for children, parents or teachers

• Ok, we also need you to do some code reviews, fix Jenkins builds if broken, monitor our applications, brainstorm on new features, debug in our microservice jungle and, if you are willing to, teach us some new table tennis skills

What we expect from you:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science

• Apply common design patterns, write clean and maintainable code

• Computer science fundamentals, experience with relational databases, automated tests

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Be nice to your colleagues

• And if you are familiar with Python, AWS, HTML5 games and/ or Ruby (on Rails) and GCP. Or working Agile, that’s even better (but not required)

What we don’t expect from you:

• To come to the office every day, because we work flexibly in a hybrid way

• To get bored, because we definitely have enough challenging work for you!
